V6 is the model, the only one of its type, which doesn’t stop surprising you.

The V6 model is only available in the 6 group version, and guarantees high quality espresso thanks also to its Lever extraction method, much appreciated by coffee aficionados and professional baristas.

V6 adds a surprising design to the functionality and characteristics of a traditional lever-operated machine, making it a unique example in its genre: a hydroformed steel chassis with a painted finish including tempered glass, lighting of the inside mechanism and the work surface with white sport LEDs, internal illumination of the glass covers, CLASS chroming of the nozzles and cylinders, a choice of 2 boiler versions, gloss mirror-effect stainless steel or gold-plated copper, pipework made from brass and polished copper with a carbon-look finish for CLASS cylinders, as well as a PID system for electronic control and adjustment of the boiler water temperature.

Indeed, D. CT allows temperatures to be differentiated through the IGTS (Individual Group Temperature Setting) system, patented by La San Marco, which uses 4-position flow regulators to adapt the temperature of each extraction group to intervals of approximately 2 ° C compared to the set base value.

The stainless steel cup-warming surface is contoured with white LED-lit illuminated profiles, which add to those positioned in the lower part, designed to provide perfect lighting to the worktop.

Collection and it incorporates pressure profiling technology, which allows the barista to precisely regulate the pressure profile, adjustable for every dose in each coffee dispenser group. Practicality in a beautiful form
The 100 S Semi-automatic series features one start/stop button for each group.
It also uses the thermosiphoning system with pre-infuser and flow variator (adjustable from the external body), which allows the brewing temperature of each single group to be varied depending on the coffee mix used, without altering the boiler temperature and therefore the capacity to produce hot water and steam.
