What is Roast on Demand?
Just like wine, coffee varies in flavour depending on the region it grows in. We call this Single Origin coffee. Roast on Demand is a service where you can select and order your preferred Single Origin coffee (choose from 13 different Single Origins), and the particular grind you prefer. Once roasted (in about 3 working days), drop by to pick it up and you’re on your way to the ultimate coffee experience freshly roasted and ground coffee.
How to order?
- Call us at 6776 2216.
- Place your Roast on Demand orders every Monday (except public holidays).
- Minimum order of 2 bags per Origin is required. Per bag is 250 grams.
- Collect your special coffee in its freshest state after 3 to 4 working days.
- This service is only available in Singapore.


SUMATRA MANDHELING
Sumatra Mandheling is low in acidity and is full bodied, with a smoky aroma. With an exotic and musty flavour, this is a perfect coffee to compliment an exquisite dinner.
ETHIOPIA YIRGACHEFFE

KENYA AA ASALI
Kenya AA has a high acidity, medium body and a fragrant aroma. With an intense flavour that has floral and winey tones, this coffee showcases the dark continent’s many mysteries.
BRAZIL SANTOS
Brazil Santos has a mild acidity with a complex aroma. The flavour that is sweet and spicy lingers long after the final sip.
COLOMBIA LA MANUELA
Medium-bodied; caramel sweetness with notes of apple and bergamot.
EL SALVADOR SAN CARLOS
Medium-bodied; velvety milk chocolate with caramel and hints of hazelnut.
COLOMBIA SUPREMO
Colombia Supremo has a pleasant acidity with a distinctive, heady aroma. The flavour is consistently clean, mellow, and well balanced.
HONDURAS SANTA BARBARA
Honduras Santa Barbara has a crisp and bright acidity, light and lively body, with an overall nutty aroma. The flavour has just a hint of cocoa.
JAMAICA BLUE MOUNTAIN
Jamaica Blue Mountain is quintessentially a classic coffee in every respect. It’s rich flavour and aroma, full body and moderate acidity in perfect subtle balance, confirms its mark as the “Rolls Royce” of coffee origins.
PAPUA NEW GUINEA SIGRI
Papua New Guinea Sigri is moderate in acidity, medium bodied, and has a fruity aroma reminiscent of mangos and papaya. Clean and pleasant, it is a must-have in any coffee connoisseur’s repertoire.
