The unit is fully warranted against defective materials under normal use or manufacturing faults for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.
Should difficulty be encountered in operating the set, please refer to the operating manual before seeking assistance from Boncafé’s Technical Service Department.
The warranty is valid only in respect of products purchased and used in Singapore only.
Proof of purchase must be retained and presented upon request.
If the unit fails or works abnormally, please send the unit and proof of purchase to BONCAFÉ INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD.
This warranty is deemed void under the following conditions:
The serial number appearing on the machine has been altered, defaced, removed or made illegible.
The appliance is exported or removed from Singapore.
The warranty does not cover damages and/or defects arising from the following conditions:
Normal wear and tear of the product.
Misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance and any manner of tempering.
Repairs, alteration or modifications done by unauthorized person other than Boncafé’s authorized service agents.
